We also raise Grass and Barley finished steers. We are continuing the tradition as generations before. Our cattle are raised on native un-broke grasslands. Sometimes they are finished with additional home grown barley depending on the year if additional finishing is required.
They are butchered at an provincially licenced and inspected facility. We have had several animals processed at this facility. It is clean, efficient and they always do top quality work.
We sell meat by the full carcass, half and quarters. Unfortunately we are not equipped to sell individual cuts of meat.
It is recommended to prebook early in the spring for late fall delivery.
Our beef is priced @ $7.00/Lb hanging weight. An average FULL a carcass is usually around 600 - 650 Lbs hanging weight.
Pricing includes Custom cutting, Brown paper wrapping & Freezing.
Additional costs for vacuum wrapping and custom processing like pepperoni, sausages, pre-made patty's etc...
Free delivery can often be arranged if your with in a reasonable distance.
